A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it and none so poor that he cannot be made rich by it. A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business and is the counter-sign of friendship.It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad and it is nature's best antidote for trouble. Read God's WORD in the psalms. Listen to happy music. Do something for someone. Go visit the sick. Visit a hospital somewhere. Do something, don't just sit there and feel bad. It is not necessary. Think about all the good things in your life. Oh, yes, there are some. Are you not breathing, feeling, hearing, seeing, able to touch and be touched. We all have things in our lives to be thankful for. We get to feeling down at times because we think too much of our selves. Look up, not around. Be determined not castdown. Be happy, sing a song.
