GIVE A SMILE AWAY TO DAY, SOMEONE MAY NEED ONE.

CONSIDER YOURSELF SMILED AT!!!!

A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it and none so poor that he cannot be made rich by it. A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business and is the counter-sign of friendship. It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad and it is nature's best antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. SOME PEOPLE ARE TOO TIRED TO GIVE YOU A SMILE. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give. maria e. hagain.

A smile is a wonderful thing. I believe that it may contain the sunshine of God. Just try for one day to smile at everyone you see. Who knows, you may lift spirits, change minds, make someone happy enough to continue on for a time longer. Give of your smiles. It costs us nothing! Share, share. It even makes us feel better when we smile at others because nine times out of ten, we will receive one back. I am smiling at your this morning, I am praying that you can feel it!!! connie

This post is something I believe in. My children used to laugh at me because I would smile and chat with complete strangers...it isn't hard to make someone think, "At least EVERYONE in this store isn't rude..."
Here's a smile for YOU, Connie!
:o)

I LOVE this...because it has always been a pet peeve with me.
It is so very true that you can give away as many SMILES as you want and never run out!!
I have often commented to people who smile and let them know how much it means to me...
One young woman in our church going through heavy trials could be frowny face for good cause and yet she is always smiling! What joy she brings to others! and indeed you SEE CHRIST IN HER SMILE!

Thank you for stopping by Connie and rejoicing with me in God's Word! YOU are always such a great encouragement to me when you stop by!

HUGS with a SMILE..
HOPE~

Kim thank you very much. Little did I know that it would be Me needing a smile today. I just heard my sister, Jean had a stroke and is in the hospital. Please pray for her.

I have thought about the message that Caleb preached last night the the wise words of our Pastor afterward many times today. We do not know the time, or place or hour that we may need to be strong. Strength is no good though if we do not have it during the hard times. As the Pastor said,
"He who saves can be trusted though He slays!" I know this is true and I must always remember it. connie and thanks again for the smile.

Dear Hope, thank you so much for your wise comments. I thank you for your hugs and well as your smiles. Please pray for my sister, Jean as she has had a stroke. I don't know if it is bad, yet or not. But I trust in God's WORD and I trust Him to do what is best for my sister. He loves her even more than I. connie

Hugs and a big smile right back at you!!
